Each couple is unique and each wedding is unique. I truly take pride in curating photos that highlight what is special + distinctive to you two and your relationship.

It is so important to me that you feel celebrated + valued throughout our entire relationship! So I’ve done a lot of work to make sure that everything from the inquiry process to your gallery delivery is seamless and convenient for you.

Also - this is not my first rodeo! I have had the honor of photographing 23 weddings (and counting!), so I am VERY familiar with all the ins and outs of wedding logistics! I am here to help during the planning process, fix your fly aways during engagement photos, corral family members (and maybe groomsmen?) for photos on the big day, fix your veil if it gets taken by the wind, tell you if you’re starting to slouch in pictures, text you the next day about how incredible your wedding was, and deliver the most magical wedding gallery!

The Experience

1.) Inquiry

When you fill out the form on the Contact page of my website, I will respond via email within 24-48 hours letting you know if I have your date open!

2.) Let’s Chat

We will schedule a day + time to hop on a video call and get to know each other! I’d love to talk about your vision for your photos, any questions you have, etc. I love putting a face to the name before moving forward with booking!

3.) Booking

Once you have chosen your photography package, I will put together a custom contract for you to digitally sign. A signed contract and deposit are required to remove your date from my booking calendar!

4.) Engagement Session

YAY now we get to some more fun stuff! All of my wedding packages include a COMPLIMENTARY engagement session, so let’s get that on the calendar! We will pick a day + location and get that on the books.

Depending when you schedule your engagement session, I know it can feel like a long time between booking, meeting in person for engagement photos, and then the actual wedding day. Don’t worry! I will stay in touch throughout those months :) We will also hop on a call to discuss timeline planning, last minute details/questions, and anything else you need.

5.) Check Ins

Think of me as your personal assistant, hype woman, AND photographer on your wedding day! I am here for everything. I will be working to keep us on schedule, fixing your fly-aways, and rounding up family for those post-ceremony photos lol my goal is to keep your day as stress-free as possible, and I truly want you to feel like you’re hanging out with a friend (who also happens to be taking all your photos!).

5.) Wedding Day

I send over 10+ sneak peak images within 48 hours of your wedding day via digital gallery so you can post, print thank-you’s, and get an idea of what your full gallery will look like!

Your full wedding gallery will be delivered within 5-6 weeks of your wedding date! Get ready to laugh, cry (happy tears), and decorate! Woohoo!

6.) Gallery Delivery

Wedding Packages

  • 8 Hours - $3500

    Continuous coverage by Andrea for 8 hours.

    400-800 fully edited photos delivered in a digital gallery within 5-6 weeks.

    Complimentary engagement session.

    My most popular package! Covers all the basics that you’ll want to remember forever.

    Ideal for couples who are staying at one venue the whole day, or are not venturing too far away for photos.

  • 10 Hours - $4000

    Continuous coverage by Andrea for 10 hours.

    500-1000 fully edited photos delivered in a digital gallery within 5-6 weeks.

    Complimentary engagement session.

    For the couples who want MORE. More time for photos, more coverage of the getting ready and reception parts of the day.

    This package allows for a bit more of a relaxed timeline, more candids, time for traveling to photo locations, etc.

Adding a second photographer…

I offer the option to add on a second photographer to any wedding package for an additional charge! This is an awesome way to maximize the time you have and get even more amazing photos. I only work with experienced wedding photographers, so you can rest assured that your photography team is skillful, confident, and qualified!

As much as I would love to be, I am not the photographer for everyone…. and that’s okay!
